Humola is a marketplace: customers post transports, verified providers make offers, and the customer chooses. Humola runs the workflow from offer to proof and payment — it doesn't own the trucks.

If you're sending goods

  1. 1Describe your goods, the pickup and drop-off, and when
  2. 2Get a recommended vehicle, helpers and price range
  3. 3Receive offers from verified drivers and companies
  4. 4Accept the one you want — chat unlocks after you accept
  5. 5Track the delivery live and share a tracking link with the recipient
  6. 6Confirm delivery and pay — cash on delivery or card

If you drive or run a transport company

  1. 1Download the Driver & Company app and verify your identity and vehicle
  2. 2Browse the live Marketplace — jobs that fit your vehicle
  3. 3Send your price and ETA; declare return trips to fill empty legs
  4. 4Execute with pickup and delivery proof inside the app
  5. 5Get paid: weekly settlement, with commission shown on every job
