Verification

Drivers, vehicles, companies and businesses are verified with documents before they can act. Suspended accounts lose access immediately.

Chat opens only after a customer accepts an offer and is moderated to stop sharing of phone numbers and off-platform deals.

Pickup and delivery are recorded with photos, GPS and time. A delivery PIN or signature confirms the right recipient got the goods.

After a match, changes to address, time or price need the other side's approval and are logged.

Report a problem from the job. Humola support reviews the proof and chat history and resolves it.

Cash on delivery is confirmed by the driver and recorded; card payments are processed by a licensed gateway — Humola never stores card numbers.
