1. What we collect
Phone number, profile and verification documents, transport details, location during active jobs, proof photos, chat messages and payment records.
2. Why
To run the marketplace, verify providers, execute and prove deliveries, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
3. Who sees what
Public job ads show only area-level locations. Exact addresses and contacts are shared with the chosen provider after acceptance. Recipient links show only that delivery.
4. Location
Drivers' location is recorded only during active jobs, to show progress and prove delivery.
5. Retention and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; verification documents are private with short-lived access. Records are kept as long as law and dispute handling require.
6. Your choices
You can update your details, change language, and ask support for a copy or deletion of your data where the law allows.
