Is Humola a transport company?
No. Humola is a marketplace. Independent drivers and transport companies carry the goods; Humola connects you and runs offers, tracking, proof and payment.
Do I need an account to look around?
No. You can browse the Marketplace without signing in. You'll verify your phone number only when you post a transport or respond to one.
How is the price decided?
You can set your own price or ask for offers. Humola shows a recommended range based on distance, vehicle, helpers and timing. You pay the price you accept.
Who chooses the driver?
You do. Humola ranks and highlights offers, but never assigns a job automatically.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery or card. Businesses also get monthly receipts and spend reports.
Can the recipient track the delivery?
Yes. You can share a secure link that shows progress and the delivery PIN — no app or account needed.
How do drivers get paid?
Earnings are settled weekly: the job price minus Humola's commission and any adjustments, all shown per job.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani) and English, in all apps and on this website.
