1. The service
Humola provides a marketplace connecting people and businesses who need goods transported with independent drivers and transport companies. Humola is not a carrier.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you post. Providers must keep their verification documents current.
3. Offers and agreements
A transport agreement is formed between the customer and the provider when the customer accepts an offer. Material changes after acceptance require both parties' approval.
4. Payments and fees
Customers pay the accepted price. Providers pay Humola's commission as shown before each job. Cancellation fees may apply as published in the app.
5. Prohibited goods and conduct
Illegal, dangerous or undeclared goods are not allowed. Taking deals off the platform, harassment and fraud lead to suspension.
6. Liability and disputes
Report problems through the app. Humola reviews proof and records and helps resolve disputes under these terms and Iraqi law.
